"Oh no," Lily whispered to her friends as they sat by the lake. "Look out, here come the Marauders again."

Gads, what a pain they were! Playing tricks and causing trouble... they were more like a circus then a group of friends. "James' the absolute worst," Lily confided to her friends who nodded in agreement, "Dashingly handsome but a complete pain in the arse!" Remus Lupin could be nice, but put him with Sirius Black and all hell broke loose. And that Serveus Snape, hilariously funny but with a biting sarcasm. What a bunch of trouble-makers!

Snape was neither proud nor embarrassed of his virginity. His innocence was a part of him; he had two arms, two eyes, two ears, and his virginity. It had matter, once upon a time, but that was ages ago when the world was beautiful and fresh and dinosaurs roamed the earth. He was certainly "getting up there" (that was the euphanism, wasn't it? "Getting up there?") and he realized one day as he passed by one of the giant mirrors in the hall, that he was old. Not mature, not grown up, but old. He was cranky, crickety, and crotchety. And pure. Pure as snow.
