more winter
Dec. 13th, 2004 08:50 pmGanondorf's destrier snorted and pawed at the ground but he remained in place - he had been trained too well to break into the run which he so desired. He flickered his ears instead in a vain attempt to communicate to his master his wishes. His master sat motionless, ignoring the silent urges, and the horse sighed in resign.
Like a child, Malon had bolted outside to play in the fresh snow, and Ganondorf watched with narrowed eyes as she rode through the drifts. When he had found his bed empty, Ganondorf had immediately checked to stables. His instincts had been right - she had woken practically at dawn to go riding. Foolish thing.
But he couldn't help but be satisfied when he spotted his mistress; she had worn the cloak that he had gifted her.
