spreading the good word

I signed up for fandom_bound, a snail mail based journal that is based on 1000 Journals. There'll be 3 journals: one for slash, one for het, and one for gen. The end results will be auction off for charity.

I think this is a damn good idea. Fandom's been getting bashed on all sides lately, what with the FanLib debacle and the LJ Strikethrough diaster, and reuniting fans for a good cause is just what we need now.

We're not thieves looking for an easy buck. We not perverts trying to molest children. Fanfiction is capable of helping people - and this is proof.
