wands (
hp100)
Nov. 23rd, 2003 11:35 amTo say that Olivanger loved his job would be a vast understatement. Claiming that would make him, would make it, too common, too unworthy. Rather, he worshipped profession. The wands! glorious and mighty, were more dear than gold, than children.
He shivered in both delight and dismay when a wand left his haven. Off it would go in the hands of a student to work wonders, to curse and destroy, or (perish the thought! It did happen, though) to be injured in the line of duty.
Brushing away such thoughts of destruction and advancement, Ollivander opened his door to business.
